Salvia mexicana ‘Lolly’: A medium bushy shrub 1.5-2m H with greyish mexicana type leaves and long purple tubular flowers with very dark calyces. A good filler shrub for a small bed or a specimen shrub when in flower. Plant in semi shade or dappled sun, protect from strong winds and frost. Flowering in late summer, early autumn lasts into winter with the colour of the calyces carrying on into winter.
