Welcome to another fantastic year for growing Salvias.
As always we have the major Gardening Events, lovely private gardens and other interesting places to visit. So please come and join us on our journey throughout 2026.
Send me your Salvias and plants to identify, place your orders early and enjoy the colour and the wonder of Salvias within your garden.

What is happening this year
What's happening in June
Propagating and Potting up Day
When: June – Sun 7th, Time: 1- 3pm
Where: Nobelius Heritage Park, Emerald, Crighton Rd,
beneath the Packing Shed.
On the lawn in front of the Emerald Museum
- Learn how and when to propagate Salvias, perennial and other plants.
- How to take cuttings of difficult Salvias
- Learn how and when to pot up those cuttings or repot plants.
- Take home pots of cuttings.

A Gardener's Day out

Where: Salvia Garden, Nobelius Heritage Park
When: Wednesday 24th June., last Wednesday in the month or Thursday 2nd July – first Thursday of next month
Time: 10am- 3pm
All welcome, to come and learn how to grow and identify Salvias
What to bring: secateurs, gloves, a tarp, plastic bag for cuttings, a hat and a plate to share for lunch and appropriate clothing for the day.
Tea/ coffee will be provided

Visit Annita Day's wonderful garden
When: Sunday 18th October. Time: 11am
Where:130 Stoll Rd, Jindivick
Anita’s winter garden. A gorgeous garden with seasonal overtones and magnificent views over the surrounding countryside.
Browse through this garden with a cuppa.
Tea and coffee will be provided. Bring a lunch to share with others. Bring your camera and your knowledge of plants, we may need it with the huge array of plants.
