Salvia macrophylla purpurescens: is a tall upright bushy shrub 2-3mH with large leaves with purple undersides. Flowers spires in autumn are a true blue. Plant with other shrubs at the rear or middle of a large bed. Grow in a sunny protected position away from strong winds and frost.
