As always we have the major Gardening Events, lovely private gardens and other interesting places to visit. So please come and join us on our journey throughout 2026.

What is happening next year
Garden Visit to Maureen Scoble's no fuss garden
When: Sun 15th February Time: 11am
Where: 8 Riverview St, Avondale heights
A brilliant no fuss garden with gravel paths and no lawn. So much to see around every corner.
Come and wander with a cup of tea/ coffee, identify all the plants in the garden.
Bring a plate to share for lunch and a chair.

Garden Visit to Lyn Cannard
When: Sat 22nd March
Where: 620 Dickens Rd, Freshwater Creek – Geelong. Time: 11am
Cottage Farm Perennials at 1.30pm for lunch ( Bring a plate to share)
Wander around Chris Tournier’s nusery and garden
Where: 1985 Barrabool Rd, Gnarwarre – Geelong
Enjoy Chris’s garden, with so many interesting plants to find and identify.
Visit her nursery and purchase that special plant you’ve been wanting.
What's Happening in April
Ferny Creek Collectors and Rare Plant Sale & Autumn Flower Show
When: April Sat 18th & Sun 19th . Time: 10-4pm
Where: 100 Hilton Rd, Sassafras
Ferny Creek’s Plant Collector’s Expo has been changed to April for a safer and cooler month without the possibility of cancellation due to fires or extreme weather conditions. This is being coupled with their Autumn Flower Show. This should be an exciting and spectacular event, something for everyone, children and animals alike.
Come and see the new season’s Salvias. All bright new colours to match and contrast everything growing in your garden.
Jindivick Rare Plant Fair
Where: Broughton Hall, 125 Palmer Rd, Jindivick
When: Saturday 11 April
Time: 9am – 4pm
Come and find all the Autumn and Winter flowering Salvias to brighten up those dull cold months, not forgetting the small constantly flowering bright Salvias for those small areas.
They are all there waiting to be found.

Visit Vicki and Peter Boileau's Garden
When: Sunday 24th May Time: 11am
Where: 4 Wooral Crt, Notting Hill
A lovely suburban garden nestled into a leafy area with many unusual and rare shrubs and trees. The front garden shows an interesting array of native plants, while the rear and sides contain a wonderful collection of unusual and rare exotics
So restful and intriguing and inviting.
A lovely garden to visit ant any time of the year, always some interesting plant to find.

Visit Annita Day's wonderful garden
When: Sunday 18th October. Time: 11am
Where:130 Stoll Rd, Jindivick
Anita’s winter garden. A gorgeous garden with seasonal overtones and magnificent views over the surrounding countryside.
Browse through this garden with a cuppa.
Tea and coffee will be provided. Bring a lunch to share with others. Bring your camera and your knowledge of plants, we may need it with the huge array of plants.
